Policy Details
· No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash, credit card, or check refunds under any circumstances.
· Yard Credit or Exchange Only: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a yard credit or exchange it for another item of equal value.
· 30-Day Window: Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items returned or exchanged after 30 days will not be accepted.
· Proof of Purchase Required: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be presented at the time of the return or exchange.
· Condition of Items: Returned items must be in the same condition as when purchased. Items that have been altered, damaged, or modified after purchase will not be eligible for credit or exchange.
· Non-Returnable Items: TIRES and ALL ELECTRICAL items. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return or Exchange
1. Bring the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, along with your original receipt, to the customer service desk.
2. Our staff will inspect the item to verify its condition and eligibility for credit or exchange.
3. If approved, you may choose to receive yard credit for future purchases or exchange the item for another part of equal value.
Additional Information
Yard credit is non-transferable and may only be used for purchases at SAS Pull-A-Part Salvage Yard. We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet the above requirements.

Core Return Policy
When you purchase a part and pay a Core Deposit, you can receive a cash refund of the deposit within thirty (30) days from the original purchase date, provided you return the original core item or supply a comparable core item at the store where the purchase was made.
